The Answers You Need
Appointments
All appointments are made in person or over the phone. There is NO ONLINE booking option. Attempts to book via DM, email, text, or any other way outside of in person or over the phone are not valid.

First time appointments (or appointments after an invalid cancellation) require a $50 deposit.

Likewise, all cancellations are also made in person or over the phone. Any attempts to cancel without reaching a live person will not be considered valid.
Deposits
If you are a NEW client, you must leave a $50 dollar deposit. This deposit goes towards the total amount of your services.
All deposits are made over the phone or in person. We DO NOT keep any card information on file. ALL deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE !
Late Arrivals
If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment we may have to reschedule your appointment and assess a fee for the cost of services that you were scheduled for. Please be courteous to your stylist and other clients by being mindful of the time.
Cancellations
All cancellations are made in person or over the phone. Any attempts to cancel without reaching a live person are not considered valid.
If for any reason you need to cancel your appointment you must give a minimum of 48 hours of notice. Your deposit can be transferred toward another appointment. If you do not give notice to cancel your appointment you forfeit your deposit and will need to put down another $50 to secure another appointment.
Appointment Swaps
If you would like to swap yourself with your child for an appointment that was originally scheduled for your child or vice versa, please call ahead to ensure that it will work. The time allotted for each appointment is tailored to each client.
Excessive Detangling
If detangling takes more than 45 minutes, an extra $25 will be added to your total.
Month to Month Booking
Appointments are made over the phone or in person ONLY. Books open the third Monday of the month for the following month's appointments starting at 10am (not 9:58am). You may book more than one appointment per month, if needed. The books stay open until the month is fully booked. Updates are always posted on Instagram.
Waitlist
We DO have a waitlist if your desired appointment date and time is unavailable. To be added to the waitlist, please call the salon and leave a detailed message with the desired date, time, and service. We will reach out to you in the event that there is a cancellation.
Payments
We accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay, and cash.
